Our training services provide knowledge and practical skills so our clients can maximize the benefits of using the DocLogix system. We offer these services to all new customers who want to train their users, and to existing customers who want to stay up-to-date on new developments. We adapt the content of the training to our client’s specific needs, usually based on two primary programs:
- Training for system users
- Training for system administrators
After completing the system user training, participants will be able to utilize all implemented features and work efficiently with DocLogix. After completing the system administrator training, participants will be familiar with the technical possibilities DocLogix offers, as well as know how to configure the system independently. You will also be able to:
- Create new processes and functions
- Solve current problems and correct configuration errors
- Adapt the system to any new needs of the organization or specific users
Form of training: lectures, practical sessions, and discussions.
Venue and time: agreed upon according to the customer’s needs.
We issue certificates to all participants who complete the training.
