Version upgrades

If you acquire DocLogix, you will have a product that is always new. We make sure our product is compatible with the evolving technological environment (for example, new operating systems or web browsers) and changing document management regulations (such as new standards for electronic signatures or requirements to integrate a system with the national electronic archive information system). 

New versions of DocLogix are released once per year. While enhancing our product we try to make the system more convenient, faster, and more innovative. These are the main criteria for our product development team. 

We work closely with our customers to create a product tailored to their needs. We keep record of all customer requests and conduct a customer satisfaction survey once a year. The survey provides important information on what our users want, which we use to inform future product enhancements.
