In order to offer our customers tools and solutions suitable for the implementation of the new legal acts and regulations, we are bringing you the tools we have developed for the DocLogix system.
The tools we have developed will give you the ability to create two types of reports:
Data subject request report:
With this type of report, you will have the opportunity to automate the collection of information about a data subject; and
To view the documents related to the data subject and other records in the report that is generated.
The report will facilitate the implementation of the data subject’s right, as granted by the GDPR, to receive the information about himself contained in the DocLogix system: i.e. the right of a data subject to access the data. It will help you to speed up and simplify the disclosure of information about the data subject.
Access log report requests:
With this type of report, you will have the opportunity to analyze the user actions performed in the system more easily; and
To view the data in different cross-sections: e.g. by a specified time period or from the user’s perspective, which indicates what actions a certain user has performed in the system during a given period.
The report will help to identify potential personal data security violations related to the unlawful use of your data, enabling the data controller to comply with the GDPR obligation to detect and to inform the data subject about any infringements. With this report, you will be able to find information about any irregularities more easily and quickly.
We hope that these tools will be of extra help to you when using the DocLogix system, and in seeking to comply with the regulation.
What if these tools are not enough?
DocLogix, as a platform, provides you with a wide range of opportunities to realize specific, customized solutions. These will allow you to implement the regulation compliance measures for your business, depending on the processes applied in your company, and the data that is stored and used.
