DocLogix started implementation of document management system in the courts of Lithuania

DocLogix started an important project which aims to implement document management system in the courts of Lithuania. The project is unique for its scale, because the system will be implemented in 62 courts of various instances. It is expected that the new system will transfer management of court process documents to the electronic environment and improve management of administrative documents; therefore work processes in the courts of Lithuania will be significantly improved.

“The project is complex and very important for the court system of Lithuania. We are glad, that our company was chosen for its implementation. It is a big acknowledgment for us and it shows that our experience and efforts to innovate are recognized in the market.” said Jaroslav Gil director of DocLogix.

After completion of the project Lithuanian courts will be able to manage all the documents (both court legal processes related and administrative ones) electronically, use digital signature and control document related tasks. Much attention will be given to the information security issues, because legal documents must be protected against loss, damage or unauthorized disclosure. In order to ensure a convenient user experience, DocLogix system will be integrated with other internal and external information systems. Project was started in May of 2013 and it is expected to be completed in one year.
